Terms and Conditions

Nape Textiles is an independent design brand. You are supporting a small business with each purchase.

To reduce textile waste we do not hold stock, your purchase will be digitally printed to order. The printing takes time as it is not mass-produced.

Please be assured that we will work extremely hard to have your order shipped within 14 days, however it may take up to three weeks. We will keep you notified of the expected delivery date.

Delivery:

We aim to send out UK orders within 2-3 weeks. International orders may take a little longer. You will be sent a tracking number.

Returns Policy:

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 working days of receipt of your item and we will arrange a refund or exchange. In the unlikely event there is a fault with your item we will arrange a refund or exchange. Please note that a refund can only be given once the item has been returned to us, please do so within 14 working days. We recommend returning the item by tracked delivery such as Royal Mail 24 hour special delivery, or by courier. If you are returning a faulty item we will refund your postage within reasonable cost for this. Special order-Bespoke items are non-returnable once artwork is approved.

Cancellations:

If you would like to cancel an order, please notify us within 24hrs of placing your order and we will refund your purchase.

Any information you provide to us will be stored and processed in a safe, confidential and secure environment. We will not sell or rent your personal information to any third parties. We may keep your details to inform you of future events or product information. If you would like to be removed from our mailing list please contact us at contact@napetextiles.co.uk.
