Nape Textiles is an independent accessory brand. You are supporting a small business with each purchase.
All of our scarves are hand-crafted and can take up to 4 weeks from order to delivery if it is not already in stock. When you select scarf choice to your basket and complete your transaction it is then manufactured for you. It has been hand illustrated for you in our studio and will then be sent to be digitally printed. The printing takes time as it is not mass-produced.
Please be assured that we will work extremely hard to have your order shipped within 21 days, however it may take up to four weeks. We will keep you notified of your expected delivery date.
We hold limited stock therefore we aim to send out UK orders within 3-4 weeks. International orders may take a little longer. To avoid confusion all scarves will be hand-crafted for you and then shipped. The manufacture date is different from shipped date. Once it is made it can take as little as a few days to arrive when it has been shipped. However it can take up to 3 weeks to create your scarf.
All scarves are made in Scotland; our made-to-order policy also reduces unwanted waste and cuts out mass production.
All orders will be sent out by Royal Mail by 1st class recorded delivery– please note that the parcel will need to be signed for or collected from your local depot, so best to give an address that will have someone there to sign.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 working days of receipt of your item and we will arrange a refund or exchange. We are unable to give a refund with the original product unless the scarf is in sellable condition and still new in the original packaging. In the unlikely event there is a fault with your item we will arrange a refund or exchange. Please note that a refund can only be given once the item has been returned to us, please do so within 14 working days. We recommend returning the item by tracked delivery such as Royal Mail 24 hour special delivery, or by courier. If you are returning a faulty item we will refund your postage within reasonable cost for this.
Special order-Bespoke items are non-returnable once artwork is approved.
If you would like to cancel an order, please notify us within 24hrs of placing your order and we will refund your purchase.
Any information you provide to us will be stored and processed in a safe, confidential and secure environment. We will not sell or rent your personal information to any third parties. We may keep your details to inform you of future events or product information. If you would like to be removed from our mailing list please contact us at email@example.com.
